Knights Templar 1889 Medallion

Several weeks ago I was cleaning out one of my “junk” pouches from last year and noticed what appeared to be 1/2 of a metal disc that was almost completely folded over. Curiosity got the upper hand so I took the tip of my Lesche an was able to pry it open enough so I could flatten it between two pieces of wood. After a cleaning it with a soft brass brush, I could see enough of the lettering around the edges that I could research and was pleasantly surprised at what I had found.


Now, if I could only remember where I was detecting when I found this. . .
