On the center one it looks like an attachment clip was in the middle . Now missing, I am leaning towards wheel weight ALSO

if found with wreck artifacts maybe fishing net weights?
or maybe repurposed for that use.
i have seen some long wheel weights for semi trucks, but 6 inches
would be longer than i have seen.
that milling mark is a bit odd.

Looks like pieces of vintage "plumber's lead bars/solder" to me.
These are from England but much the same world wide.
