Lead toy soldier in side cart

Found this today. Any ideas on the age? My guess is 40’s. Any thoughts?

Looks like part of this one:

Don't know why the listing says 'Manoil Barclay' since they were two different companies. Looks to be WWI-era helmets but Barclay began making lead toy soldiers in 1922 and I think it's one of theirs, produced before WWII. Manoil were in production from 1935-1959.
