I have a lion key just like this one. I found it in an old desk I got a a yard sale. Wonder how old they are.

the key is from a Master brand padlock. I found a forum discussion that says the walking lion was registered as their trademark in 1931 and used until the mid-70's

There are actually a few different styles for the Boy Scouts slides. I found a couple different ones near each other in a park once.

Yeah I've found a few of them so far, three in one day last week. I just wonder how old some of them are or if they use the same style still. I don't know much about em

Samuel23: you have 3 Boy Scout slides, and 2 Cub Scout ones - Wolf, and Webelos. Cub Scouting used to have Lion as a level, but it is now Tiger, Wolf, Bear & Webelos. Not sure if the Lion had a slide. There are also bolo slides, and special event slides. Our BSA troop chooses not to wear neckerchiefs, but when my sons were in Cubs, I had to safety pin them onto the neckerchiefs to keep them on!
