took bailie out near randsburg to get her away from the fireworks, was really windy so didnt do much, it only takes about 5 to 7 pumps per shovel load, if i dont go 12volt it needs a linkage to bounce the hopper a little, iam really happy with it, but iam really lazy so iam thinking about 12volt ,i found i can get a 85 cj5 wipper motor with a doom for under 30 and a small batt for 20.and still keep it under 35 lbs, this liilte guy is just for testing so i dont have to move his BIG bother.

I like puffer DW's ! I built my DW years back and it was powered by my gas blower and the noise got to me eventually ! I wanted to build the puffer type but just never got around to it . my favorite style was dredging for sometime until I had to give it up about 11 years ago .WHAT A BUMMER ! I like your little DW for it's compactness and QUITENESS !

There were less fireworks this year it seemed despite unseasonably wet weather. My cat isn’t fond of the loud noises. I’m really curious to see a video of that little DW running.
