We've had some heavy rains. Found it, lying on the edge of creek. I thought it was just a piece of slate, until I picked it up. Perfect!!!!!!!!

What a beauty! Nice material as well. I'm amazed at its nearly perfect condition--kind of rare for a creek find...It didn't travel far from its point of origin

The material to me looks almost like Texas flint but then again I didnt know so many states had the black flint like here in GA. Its a very nice blade whatever it is made out of. The flaking says very old by the way.
