One of my oldest and dearest friends had to pack her house up and move in with her son due to her age. She called me and asked me to help her clean up her garage a little bit and find someway to get rid of the accumulation either by sale or by auction or somewhere. As we dig through piles and piles and piles of stuff at the bottom of one pile was a metal detector. She was so glad that she had found it because she had always wanted me to have it. Then a while since I've been metal detecting beret told her I would try to get it working and see what we could come up and find with it . As I looked at it I realized it was no battery in it and no case to install the batteries in. So I'm looking for a battery for a whites 5900 DI Pro SL. If someone should have a battery for this detector I would be ever so grateful to try to purchase it from you. Please contact me through treasure net here I've been a member for many years but have been unable to detect for quite some time duty need problems. Thank you in advance for all your consideration.

Here's a link for the "C" cell holder. There is also a rechargeable pack available, but I'm not sure what the status of a charger might be. Hope this helps...
