I currently use an Original Garrett Propointer. Is it worth it to upgrade to the Propointer AT?

Any advice would be appreciated.

I have the old black one and got a carrot for Christmas. I do not need all the choices. I love the simplicity of the older one. On and off are the only choices I need.
