I’ll step in the barrel 1st. They appear to me to be generic “old-timey looking” decorator signs. The kind you see on the wall at franchised restaurants and bars. They don’t really advertise anything, that I see.
If they had: Seagram’s, Miller Highlife, etc. they would more resemble real period pieces. If you open a new Cracker Barrel, you get signs, license plates, tin toys and all rest to create nostalgia. I believe there are warehouses full of reproduction nostalgia somewhere. Again, that spiel is just an opinion based on observation. I see you are a Newbie to the site. Welcome and thanks for posting.👍🏼

I think Blackfoot has it. They might be vintage, but more likely modern reproductions of generic vintage signs. You can buy them on Amazon, ali-express etc and from homeware shops singly or in mixed sets, generally sold as wall decor for man-caves, home bars and kitchens. Usually around $15-20 or better value if you buy a set. Here's a seller for the first one. If you search, you'll find the others.

Yup!

In particular I was doubtful about the 'shot' thing. That said, I don't drink alcohol and have no idea the history of the 'shot' or how long it's been around. I feel like it's more of a modern thing, but that could be an assumption.

Thank you! Looking like the alcohol man cave signs are likely bought online. Not sure about the other signs. I’ll have to look next time I can get there. I didn’t buy them, I’m going through my fathers house.
