meteorite???

I found these rocks while walking in the woods. About 3/4-1 mile in. They were found in Massachusetts about 3-4 inches in the dirt other smaller peices were found exposed after poking and probing the area I found some larger pieces. There has never been any fires or and type of smelting plant even remotely close to where these were found nor are there any volcanoes. Most of all the pieces will attract a magnet while some seem to repel a magnet. Anyone have any ideas I am still waiting for results from a local university.
