it was in fill dirt..it?s not water stained..looks like some of the stuff from the Thonotosassa,hillsbourough river area, like a semi greasy agate look and feel in hand ..might have slight staining, who knows, Lol.Thanks for the comments

It's a beauty, I always associated a "greasy" ( I usually say "waxy") look and feel to being heat treated.
