Being quartz does not make it a morrow mountain ..they were made with several different materials depending alot on where they came from.
That being said it does look like a Morrow Mountain.
If it was from Delaware its probably part of the peidmont style of points. I call them eastern stemmed. If you are using overstreet you can look at bare island or newmanstown. IMO they all are considered eastern stemmed. Usually the only difference in the stemmed ones around hear is a slight bulge on the base.
Looks like a Piskataway or a Poplar Island..hopefully someone from your area knows more about Pennsylvania points than I do.
Poplar Island can be 6,000 yrs. Old and Piskataway can be as recent as 500 so that's going to need some narrowing down for sure.
You know what? This could be a savannah river resharpened on both sides. Makes it look morrow mt. Kinda. Think about the piece I'm about to post, resharpened on both sides and tell me if you agree.
