A great product is worthy of reviews like this. it was great to actually see the extra weight setup and how it works. yes, it is a very nice looking shaft and appears to be very well made. the extra shaft inside the main shaft is nice too and I like the adjustment factor better as well. Sweet setup, awesome product, lightweight and well made

Steve have you thought about making carbon rods for other machines? I sold my V3i because it was just so darn heavy but thought about a carbon shaft and control box first (seemed like a lot of work)

I would consider one for the Deus now though.

eman --

THANKS for your comments, and thoughts. YES, I have thought about making them for other units. And it is something I will likely eventually do. The issue for me thus far, and the reason I haven't branched out to other machines yet, is that most machines use "S-type" shafts, and that introduces an extra level of complexity, in terms of building a carbon-fiber shaft. If there was some demand for a "straight shaft" for some particular machine, I'd definitely be willing to look into designing one; it wouldn't be that difficult -- using the Equinox shaft as sort of a "template," but with the proper diameter tubes and connectors that would be appropriate to the unit. That "S-bend," though, is more difficult...

Thanks!

Rockin Steves camlock on my red carbon fiber. Awesome lock and way better than the one that came with my red cf shaft.
