N.C.arrowhead thing

Found this in the back yard of an old house in Gastonia N.C. I thought it was one of those tacky chrome necklace but for some reason it has an inlongated hole to hang it on. The only thing it says is made in USA on the back. Any ideas on what it is and the age?

It's a watch FOB.

May have been a Tobacco Premium.

A fob is like a key chain for a pocket watch. It hangs outside the pocket on a leather strap and allows the old fat guy to pull the watch out since his pants are 4 sizes too small and his hand won't fit in the pocket anymore.



Nice find, I guestimate the age to be 50 years.
