Naval Button

Has anyone else found a button almost identical to Albert's NA31 (embossed with right facing eagle, with anchor and rope , surrounded by 13 six pointed stars, flat, blank back, brass(?)) but this one is approximately 15 or 16 millimeters?? Alberts shows a 25 and 20 mm design but no 15/16 mm design.? This was found on a cellarhole in NH that is not on any map and all items dug from this CH date from the mid to late 1700's.

Any ideas as to the rarity and date?
