I have this 2004 Wisconsin qtr I know about the low and high leaf errors but I have one that looks like a second loop on the cows collar any ideas it is raised so it’s not a scratch ..Anybody have any insight .. Help please

Might be some debris that got caught in the die during the stamping process. Doesn't look like a die break as it's just on the collar and nowhere else.

Might be some debris that got caught in the die during the stamping process. Doesn't look like a die break as it's just on the collar and nowhere else.
Should I have it looked at you think or you think it’s not worth sending in maybe ..

I wouldn't pay to have it appraised. If you want a local coin dealer to look at it, sure. Not worth much of a premium IMO.
