It's actuallty a "Sanderson" 1907 Pattern; made in England for WWI to fit the SMLE rifle. They had unit markings, so some are rarer and worth more than others. That part I can't help you with. I'm guessing yours was made in April of 1918 (4 18)

Thanks for the help. I don't think I paid more then $5 for it. But like I said, that was years ago.
