SOLVED! need more help

I know it's a end cap for a shot gun shell but can't fig out what the brand is. It's has some kind of star shape thing around the center and writing that I can't make out. Looks like it might say new club.

Yes I can make out the 12 onit

The production years for the UMC New Club was 1891-1911. The New Club was a carry over line when Remington and UMC mereged. It was made under the Remington-UMC (and REM-UMC) New Club name from 1911-1923.
