🔎 UNIDENTIFIED Need some help with an old bell

I was finally able to get out and do some metal detecting Today and found this. I believe that it is an old bell and I think it may be made of tombac and I put a tombac button next to it in the pics. if anyone has an idea of a date or use or if this even is a bell, that would be very much appreciate.

Maybe, but I can’t think of anything else it could be. It does make a ringing noise when I hit it with something. Not sure if that’s helpful.

My head does that when my wife hits it with something! Sorry,sometimes I just can,t help myself.

I might of been connected to a piece of belting along with a few more.
Still has the loop for the ringer.

It might be, but then what are the 3 iron rings? I looked at a bunch of other telephone bells and none that i could find had them.
