Have 10 acres here in Dahlonega..Been drilled 1998. Have the report your eyes will widen...Rented a extended reach Backhoe from Sunbelt 3x..Found huge vein quartz 7 feet down..Pay in many areas 6-10 feet down.....Travels 300 feet...Pyrite..silver..Gold........65 rears old..Need some young hands for the thirst..3 creeks run through here into the Chessatee river...Had a crew here from Texas that brought a wash plant....Story too tell...What a disater

Fix'n to get cold and makes my hands hurt even worse
I don't think Gems & Grubbin' has a hammer mill, but I would talk to him because he paid for the farm , lake, golf course, camp ground and gift shop with what came out of the ground, and had some left over.
Be glad to help any way I can. About 2 hours away.

Another TNet member, had either friends or relatives, who had property where a creek ran through it. I'm thinking probably was up around your area. During the visit a few days, he dredged an incredible amount of coarse gold, small nuggets and pickers.
