Oh also. As soon as I can find a shovel that's in-stock, and back to the dealer to buy a pinpointer I'll be heading out to detect.

IMO - Spend the money on a great pinpointer like the Garret ProPointer AT. You can find inexpensive shovels and serrated digging (garden tools) anywhere, even HD or Lowes.
