New guy in Venice, FL Need advice on buying my first detector

Hello all!

Im a Minnesota native recently relocated to Venice Florida and want to give treasure hunting a try since I spend alot of time at the beach.

Im tech savy and would like a detector i can grow into so what would you all recommend? Something saltwater proof preferrably since most of my digs will be Gulf side.
