Long time member and long time detecting. Not a lot of Shipwreck knowledge. Wife and I are moving in 3 weeks to the SC coast, very excited. A whole new type of metal detecting then from upstate NY.
Anyway my question, can anyone recommend a good book on the shipwrecks of the Carolinas or even an in general shipwreck knowledge book? Anywhere local in the Myrtle beach area for local knowledge on wrecks?
Many thanks, Joe

Check with locals there, often they know more than anyone else.

Here's a good one to start with !! All the basic knowledge you'll need to get a start, and some wrecks in your area !!
