I went back to my favourite haunt to check the progress of the demolition of an animal cage. I was told the pad was poured in the 60's or so. I got there and found all the equipment was parked where I wanted to hunt. I talked with one of the main guys and was told they should be done taking all the concrete out by this Tuesday and I was more than welcome to search the area. So, I decided to hunt a spot that had produced in the past, I chased every iffy signal and was rewarded with 4 wheats and a 54 Rosie. I intend to go back Tuesday or next Sunday to hit some virgin ground.
