Had an issue with my nox cuff snapping, while waiting for the replacement I 3d printed repair pieces, bonding them with Gorilla epoxy. This was last September, have exclusively used the repaired cuff keeping the new one till needed. Has worked beautifully and I’m fairly hard on it so very happy with the results. The 15” nox coil ear stiffeners were a precautionary addition, weren’t broken and have also held up well, don’t expect an issue with them. Having fun with the 3d printer!

How did you design the curves for the cuff repair pieces?

That's really nice looking!

Traced the actual cuff curve on paper, designed the outside as deemed necessary, a simple curve. Didn’t think it had to reach the top of the cuff so it’s short enough on the sides to leave the minelab logo exposed.
