I also found two bottles that were in the ground still of what was Doug I cracked the Dr Pepper one which I don’t think his old at all which really surprises me due to how far down it was and a beautiful little miniature green wine bottle with nothing on it which is disappointing but that’s the beginning of my day y’all take care

The small green bottle might have contained bitters. There were many types available in the late 19th and early 20th C.

It’s a very small like wine looking glass like miniaturized and I’ll half to look up what bitters mean lol

*** Bitters is an herb-infused alcoholic mixture. Named for its bitter taste, the liquid was originally developed as a medicinal tonic to help soothe stomach complaints or other digestive disorders. During the late-19th and early-20th centuries, patent medicine dealers bottled and sold the elixir. Americans purchased bitters in simple mold-blown bottles or ones shaped like drums, barrels, or cabins.
