3 hour hunt today on an old 1700s abandoned farm road. The pocket watch rang up as a 99 and looks plated but I think is likely early 20th century. Plated and broken cavalry pin that I can’t seem to find out anything about. I can’t seem to find if it’s just a reproduction dropped by a hiker, or the real deal from sometime in the past. Any insight is appreciated. I was able to pull the small machine screw post out of the hole but it’s not pictured here. Also a head from a Gem Junior razor Pat 1901

your cavalry pin appears to have the remnants of a troop letter barely hanging on under the cross in the swords. I believe it is most likely a WW1 era pin
