Found in area of old Spanish Influence, very old. Red powder on inside. No idea what it the powder is and afraid to test it...

I took a look and would have to go with an old lipstick tube also....now you don't have to worry about blowing yourself up.

I always have to worry about blowing myself up. Got a bunch of different metals to test with the nitric acid.
