🔎 UNIDENTIFIED Old farm dump - antique hood ornament?

Next to a 1930’s automobile license plate, found what appears to be a hood ornament? Might be completely off base as there was an old horse carriage frame, broken farm implement, etc...in the ground. No printing on it....Any thoughts?
