🔎 UNIDENTIFIED Old farm dump - antique hood ornament?

Next to a 1930’s automobile license plate, found what appears to be a hood ornament? Might be completely off base as there was an old horse carriage frame, broken farm implement, etc...in the ground. No printing on it....Any thoughts?

Would certainly make sense as I’ve found a frame of a horse carriage nearby.....
