Here is a little glass cup of my great grandmother's. She says it belonged to her great grandmother, and she believes it is from the late 1800s. It looks like it has been used. The seam doesn't go to the top of the cup. I really have no knowledge on glass cups, so any help would be appreciated. I hope to tell my great grandmother what this cup is. I hope these pictures are enough. Thanks again!

It's a nice example of Early American Pattern Glass. I am guessing this one to be from the 1880's to 1890's. I will try to flip through a few reference books and see if I can find the pattern name for you later this week. There is a good website about this type of glass if you are interested, Patternglass.com. There is a lot of information and pictures of old glass on it. You might be able to find the name and maker of it there.

Thanks a bunch! I'm visiting my great grandma, and I just read her your post. It put a great big smile on her face. Thank you for all your help!

Finally found it! Made by Model Flint Glass Co. from about 1890 to 1902.
