Went over to my buddy’s house and spent a couple hours. Was nice to swing and catch up with him.

I never would have met him if it weren’t for me knocking on his door asking to metal detect about 10 years ago. Now I spend half the time just talking to him.

Any info on the button with double headed eagle would be appreciated. Everything pictured was found today other than that one. That was yesterday at a homesite 2 miles away from all of these finds. Has a 1780 date on it.

The button I think is Austria-Hungary pre-WWI.
