Finally got to a spot I've wanted to hit for a year. It did not disappoint. IMG_20210916_133911_076.jpg IMG_20210916_133911_108.jpg IMG_20210916_133911_114.jpg IMG_20210916_133911_123.jpg

Congrats. I have seated dimes from the 30's, 40's, 50's, 70's, 80's and 90's but for the life of me cannot find any from the 60's.
I'll sell you this one haha

Not an easy date to find! If it didn't have the corrosion, it would be a pretty valuable coin. :icon_thumright:

I've always wanted to find a barber. I figured seated was out of the question.

The S-mint Seated dimes from this era sometimes have very weak mintmarks. In this case, it would be better if it had no mintmark, since the 1865 Philadelphia dime is a rare one. Honestly, 1865-S isn't that common either!

A most excellent coin. There is nothing better than good ole US silver! Looks like it may have suffered some fire damage.
