I know this place just *has* to be
holding old stuff! Someplace! :dontknow:

Since I only had a short time, I was basically
skimming for any age indicators. Didn't find
any today.

I really was just listening for higher tones but
I got this one solid 61 that just became insistent!

I figured pull tab.....wrong!

Ya know....somehow, I'm not too unhappy.
:tongue3:

About 10grams if any are interested.

Thanks for peeking!

Sweet!!! That weighs more than the largest silver ring I've ever found, and yours is gold! Congratulations and well done!

Yeah, I saw that as well. Further research showed that if silver it would have .925 also. Besides, the XRF my jeweler uses confirms 14k thru and thru.

Thanks for raining on my parade. :tongue3::headbang:

I can generally tell a pull tab from a small gold ring, HOWEVER, that doesn't hold true with a larger gold ring. Good job. Dig it all, sort it later.

I'd dig five hundred pull tabs for that find. Great Job!
