I live in Oroville ca. does anybody have any good sites? dont go as much as I want. have found a couple gold rings and a 1943 quarter.

Go to the older sections of town and start knocking on doors, you'll find more than you bargained for. It works for me!

Do I hear you right, you live in Oroville, California...The city of Gold, smack dab in the midddle of the California Gold country and you haven't been able to find a spot to detect? Wish I had your problem.

The town of oroville is built on top of gold deposits. Whan gold gets high enough, they'll start tearing up the buildings and working the gravel.

I KNOW A FEW CLOSE TO CHICO AND YANKEE HILL I HEARD OF ONE CLOSE TO YOU AROUND THE LAKE MAYBE BERRY HILL CAMPGROUND OR CLOSE TO THAT WILL HAVE TO LOOK THROUGH MY STUFF BUT SUPPOSED TO BE SOME HIDDEN CACHE AROUND THERE
