Out in the remote high desert hills of Rye Patch, NV if one looks carefully there is a mill site with plenty of pumped water to sluice. Couple of nice retaining ponds.

We have an approved Plan of Operation for the mill site. However we want to maintain this approval. Any words of wisdom on working with the BLM at this level are appreciated. The BLM has been out to the site and so far things are moving along. Expecting years of back and forth with them and that is fine.

Sluicing for gold under a Plan is pretty darn cool right? We are going to keep to the basics. Dig for the shiny and run it through the riffles.

Thanks russau. The next step per the BLM is to discuss occupancy. Buildings and power supplies. That kind of stuff.

The Mining Act of 1872 and the CFR’s are being studied... the biggest question I have is can we have sleeping facilities on site? With things moving along for the site 24 hour security has become important.

I know mill sites are rarely discussed. But this is the first of for sure two mill sites and maybe three. All using water for processing gold. Again any words of wisdom appreciated.

Love to see your wash plant/trommel…sluice, and recirculating set up.
