I found this button in Denmarm, but can´t find any information about it anywhere. I found it near another button, that was french.. Could this one be french too

No :-( - Maybe if i find out, how to remove the "age-of time -in-the dirt"

Cool button. Don't recognise the crest, but it looks like a civilian button... fashion or perhaps livery.

The only part of the backmark I can read appears to be the letters 'E B H V N', which doesn't ring any bells as either initials or a partial name.

(C. L Seifert) Yes, I have Come to the same conclusion, and wrote the company an email yesterday, hoping for answer. But do you have knowledge about Seifert buttons and uniforms?

I use a Dremel rotary tool with the #428 wire brush attachment to clean off the "age of time" corrosion. It often reveals back marks that are recessed / inscribed. Just be careful using it on the embossed/raised design, and know that it will take off some of the original surface. (I wouldn't use it on a button that still had any gilt on it).

Your button looks like one where the corrosion might be removable with this sort of rotary tool and brush attachment.
