It looks like a bedrock mortar. A bedrock mortar is an anthropogenic circular depression in a rock outcrop or naturally occurring slab, used by people in the past for grinding of grain, acorns or other food products. I could be wrong but that's what it looks like to me.

Thanks for replying, but i dont believe these circular holes are naturally made and people couldnt use them for grinding because these holes/circles are on the side of the stone. Besides look at the photo i attached does it mean anything ?
