Political Button Bag

Does anybody know anything about this plastic bag? I cant find anything online. The latest president on the buttons depicted appears to be Carter. Front and back appears to be exactly the same.

It says *POLITICAL AMERICANA * BOSTON * WASHINGTON D.C. * BALTIMORE

Pretty sure it's a shopping bag from a political hobby shop that's still located in DC. If it's the same one I'm thinking of, it's run by a guy named Nelson. You can check on Facebook- there's a group called APIC. Someone there should know. I'm a long-time political collector-- value wise I don't think there's much here as it's not really associated with a candidate or particular campaign but it's a neat item.
