Doesn't look like one to me. But I'm no expert.

Battleships and aircraft-carriers are made out of millions of tons of boring old iron bits that were not meteorites . . . at least in the last 3 billion years.

The pictures aren't great, but I see nothing which suggests this is a meteorite. The question for you would be: "what features can you see, or what other properties does this rock have which would lead you to believe that it is a meteorite?"

Doesn't appear to have a fusion crust so I would say no. The photos are a little blurry and the item should be closer I think
