🔎 UNIDENTIFIED Possible Meteorite?

I was walking in my gravel driveway and noticed a rock that stood out. It was next to a small disturbance in the gravel, as if it had been pulled out of the gravel....or had hit the ground hard and kicked up the gravel nearby. I picked it up and instantly noted how heavy it was. It's magnetic. Oxidized. And seems to have some black stuff on it. I wish I had taken a picture of the spot where I found it. Although I'm thinking if it actually was a meteorite and actually landed in my driveway recently, it wouldn't be rusted, right? Anyway, I've included some pictures, and wondering what everyone thinks!

maybe a iron oxide mineral, is the gravel made of limestone ?

It appears to slag rock to me.

It's not a limestone driveway, seems to be just random rocks. I have found a big chuck of slag before somewhere else and read a bit. It became obvious really quickly what I had was slag. This is very different, at least from that. No pitting or bubbles, no glassiness, no melting that I can see. Although it does have the one side that is fairly flat, not perfectly flat though. But statistically this is probably slag and just got disturbed in the driveway somehow.
