my Grandfather, who worked as a ranch hand, paid a lot of his bills finding gold just like that. he would pan for gold after every rain fall, and had quite a bit of success near the look out at Yarnell Hill top. He kept a small vial of the biggest flakes and I saw them as a kid. I would love to go back to Arizona and give it a try too. Thanks for sharing.
