I was just at Walmart walking to check the CS when I got a Tornado warning for Bexar County last night. Found a small score of change inside the tray, then headed on out. In the parking lot I used my phone flash light to check and see what I got. No silver but what appeared to be another zinc flipped over and my eyes popped! A San Francisco proof out of its case or capsule. Later that night, we also got possible Hail and flash flood warnings. Will be wet and muggy for the rest of the week.

The looks I get when I walk up and jamb my hand into the change return are treasure enough. That’s what I tell myself because I’ve not gotten anything from them... yet!

Nice. I found a 68-S proof once while roll hunting. This was the first year for clad proof sets.
