Well, I decided on going with the NOX 900. Not really sure how well Iāll like it, Iām not technologically advanced enough to understand everything right now but I am just needing the basics. Hereās the scenario currently: Iām hunting a home built in 1838, thatās amazing looking, as far as the original picture goes, and the newer version isnāt half bad either, I just get stuck to be the one doing the archeological digs, and also remodeling to state and national standards. Iāve found so many Native American artifacts that itās absolutely unreal. Seems like every shovel full thereās another tool or arrowhead. Iāve found bottles from the mid 1800ās, and found pottery as old as the 1830ās. Plenty of square nails, and Rose head nails. Iāve never been to a place and not doing a modern nail. My dilemma is this, Iām new to the NOX world, my brother had the 800, I always had something else, as you know we mainly look for civil war relics and coins. Here at this house there was some minor Civil War activity and slaves, as well as dirt floors originally. My question to the NOX gods, what settings would you prefer on the 900? I hear the 700ās settings are similar, so what would you use? Iāve also got the small coil, for when Iām ready to hunt the privy area. Thanks and happy hunting.
