🔎 UNIDENTIFIED Relic from the 1800s pewter spoon spot.

Hello I found this metal detecting on the same spot of the 1800s spoon I posted. It looks familiar to me but I can't get the idea what it is. I want to know how old is it. I don't think it's too old. It says CE and some other writing but I can't make it out.
