Relics found Looking for a Confederate Camp in North Arkansas

I have been looking for I Confederate Cavalry Camp In North Arkansas. I just found these Relics and I think I am getting close. The Relics are a silver plated Suspender Buckle with an Eagle with a Snake in its Mouth, a Sash Buckle that was silver plated and 4 Toe Taps.

The eagle/hawk with the snake in it’s mouth is the Mexico national symbol. Probably used by others as well though.

Thanks for the information. I know in the early part of the Civil War Confederates in Arkansas used clothing from previous wars. This may be from the Mexican War.
