With foggy days and very little to no wind the conditions here were perfect for Rime Ice.

When cooled droplets from fog freeze and attach to exposed surfaces such as this truck mirror the result is a beautiful crystal spike Rime Ice display. Temperatures on objects need to be at 32 degrees F / 0 degrees C or below causing the liquid to freeze instantly.

Thanks Chilli, captured the picture before daylight as it would then change.

Worldtalker, our Hoar Frost here is just a tab bit different but most common.

ToddsPoint, also rare here, we had all nature's right conditions for it to form...
