This was an unexpected find in Rolesville, NC at a new site. From what I found online and on Treasurenet: manufactured by C.A. Edgarton Co, opened in 1882, became known as President Suspender Co. around 1900 in Shirley, MASS. The front has apparent owl, moon, and stars, and back has "Shirley MAKE". I believe this is an earlier manufacture, say 1885.
