Find this little treasure It looks very old... I think it was silver plated. Could it be Roman?

It looks to be contructed like the chain mail armor worn by knights in medieval times. try to research it.

Could it be Roman?

If you found it in Kansas, no. If you found it in Corsica, maybe. Looks in too good of a shape to have been buried 2 or 3K years.

Is it iron?

Some background information would be helpful. Geographic location. Depth. History of settlements nearby, etc.

Could be 60's hippie, 70's biker or 80's Renascence Fair without some background info.
