Conditions on the field had once again improved with rain from yesterday giving us a little more depth.
We gridded for 5 hours & only have about 3 hours left to finish the whole site. We were hoping for 1 more Roman Silver, but it's looking unlikely at this point. (As we are out of the main area on the edge of the scatter)
But Cru'dad kept our silver streak alive & carry on his luck with the silvers right now.

Pictured some Roman Pot Shards including a nice piece of decorated Samien Ware.

Unbelievable how many coins turn up even on the edge of the main area. Congrats to Crudad keeping the streak alive and very nice piece of Samian pottery. Looks almost glazed! Could be gallic goods.

Very nice finds once again:icon_thumright:
I was going to ask if you'd found any whole pottery in the past and found a 2015 post from you with a wine jug.
Any other substantial pottery in your collections?

Not really, that was one of the better ones, as it was from someones back garden.
